Several months ago I entered four of my deer antler sculpture
slides (good and bad), in the 3rd Annual Slide Review by The Crafts
Report magazine’s regular professional photography columnist, Steve
Meltzer.
Steve chose “Bone Chalice” as being the weakest of the four
slides I submitted. He liked all my work, but felt this slide was
too dark and the antler sculpture filled the frame with not enough
