The Wicker Woman is now a registered trademarked business name! I applied for trademark status on my business name a couple years ago and was just recently awarded that status!
The Wicker Woman was officially registered October 13, 2009 with the United States of America Patent and Trademark Office and I have the certificate to prove it now!
