Set on the beautiful, historic, and inspiring grounds of the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park, centrally located between Chicago and Milwaukee, this new art fair is an easy drive from Madison, WI and Rockford, IL. This area is rich in fiber arts and artists, come join the fun!

“It’s going to be warm and fuzzy,” said Carol Cassidy-Fayer, the coordinator of the fair. “Fibers are kind of the building blocks of fabric, and fabric can be made in many different ways, from knitting to crocheting to weaving. Fiber arts covers a huge area and even includes things like paper making and basket weaving.”

Cassidy–Fayer is an accomplished seamstress, yarn spinner, quilter, knitter and painter. She said the festival was designed to attract art enthusiasts from across the country and all forms of artistic media.
